COPPER HEAT TREAT STOP OFF

Since 1992, E-Brite 30/30 alkaline non cyanide  copper process has eliminated cyanide in many plating facilities. EPi has actually found E-Brite 30/30's  resulting copper plate is finer and denser grain than cyanide copper. Copper platers have found that they can plate 10%-30% less copper plate using E-Brite 30/30 alkaline cyanide copper than with cyanide. Eliminating cyanide copper for your plating facility will also eliminate reporting  to the Department of Homeland Security. E-Brite 30/30 is also Boeing approved for commercial and space defense  Spec 5722.

 

PLATING ALUMINUM WITHOUT CYANIDE AND NICKEL

Many platers use a cyanide zincate, cyanide copper, and cyanide silver to plate on aluminum. Now the metal finisher can stop using cyanide by switching to the following three processes:

     1)  E-Brite Ultra Cu alkaline non cyanide copper

     2)  E-Brite 50/50 alkaline non cyanide silver

     3)  E-Prep 280 NCZ non cyanide zincate

These production proven processes eliminate reporting on Department of Homeland Security saving the metal finisher time and money. Also, not using nickel saves the finisher money as copper costs less.
