E-Kleen
148-B
— A low temperature metal cleaning spray that can be used
in Ransohoff machines. This metal cleaner can be used for all metals.
E-Kleen
148-B is a heavy duty liquid
detergent formulation for metal cleaning which is very effective
at low operating temperatures of 100° to 140°F on all metal surfaces
and without etching aluminum. It contains no chelators.
E-Kleen
148-B is low-foaming and is ideal for cleaning metal parts in
soak cleaning, high pressure spray washing and Ransohoff machines.
Its surfactants penetrate and loosen stubborn soils which are then
swept away in the rinse stage.
E-Kleen 148-B is a low caustic and non-emulsifiable (floats
oil) metal cleaning product.

E-Kleen
149
— A heavy duty granular metal cleaning detergent which is
very effective at low operating temperatures of 100° to 140°
F on all metal surfaces. This metal cleaning formula will not cause
etching on aluminum.
E-Kleen
149 is low-foaming and is ideal for metal cleaning in high pressure
spray washing machines. Its surfactants penetrate and loosen stubborn
soils which are then swept away in the rinse stage.
The versatile E-Kleen 149 is equally effective for soak immersion
cleaning of all metal surfaces. It provides long solution life and
rinses freely.

149-L — A low temperature spray and soak alkaline metal
cleaning product which can be used on all metals.
E-Kleen 149-L is a heavy duty liquid detergent formulation
which is very effective at low operating temperatures of 100° to
140°F on all metal surfaces and without etching aluminum.
The versatile E-Kleen
149-L is equally effective for soak immersion cleaning of all
metal surfaces. It provides long solution life and rinses freely.
It inhibits rust on steel surfaces following cleaning and rinsing
for temporary protection during in plant processing of parts.

E-Kleen
151
— A liquid metal cleaning formula that is extremely easy to
handle. Used at 3% to 10% by volume in water at 120° to 200° F.
This heavy duty detergent, highly alkaline liquid will quickly remove
fabricating soils, drawing and buffing compounds, grease and oils
from steel and stainless steel.
It
is low-foaming and is ideal for cleaning metal parts in high pressure
spray washing machines. Its surfactants penetrate and loosen stubborn
soils which are then swept away in the rinse stage.
The
versatile E-Kleen 151
is equally effective for soak immersion cleaning of steel surfaces.
It performs well in hard water and provides long solution life
while rinsing freely. |

E-Kleen
162
— A neutral powdered cleaner. It contains mildly alkaline
builders, organic surfactants and corrosion inhibitors but no caustic
sodas or chelants. Thus, when used in a power washer followed by
“no rinsing”, it will not leave a caustic powdery residue
that would be corrosive to skin while handling. It is designed to
be used on steel, cast iron, copper and zinc, but not on aluminum.
It is applied by spraying on by mechanical agitation. Used at 1-3%
by volume in water at 120°
to 160° F |

E-Kleen
166 — A heavy duty alkaline spray, liquid detergent formulation
which is very effective in removing baked on carbon, cutting oils,
waxes, buffing compounds and other soils on all metals.
It contains no chelators or phosphates, which makes waste treatment
easy. It is low-foaming and is ideal for cleaning metal parts in
high pressure spray washing and Ransohoff machines. Its surfactants
penetrate and loosed stubborn soils which are then swept away in
the rinse stage. E-Kleen 166 is a low caustic and non-emulsifiable
(floats oil) cleaner.
E-Kleen 166 has replaced other cleaners lasting almost twice
as long as competitive cleaners. Temperature is important for effective
cleaning. Do not exceed 150° F. Higher temperatures will decrease
the effectiveness of the cleaner. Operating
