EPI Quality Policy

It is the Quality Policy of EPI to supply our Customers with products which have been researched/developed and manufactured within the framework of our Documented Quality System.

Our goal is to work within the Quality System to meet or exceed the expectations of our Customers in the areas of Quality, Reliability, Delivery and Service. Our aim is to cultivate customers who are loyal to EPI.

EPI will provide an environment which will promote continuous improvement of  our products through corrective and preventive action.

All EPI team members will be familiar with and work within the documented Quality System. Each team member is responsible for implementing and performing to the Quality System.
