E-Kleen 162 — A neutral powdered cleaner. It contains mildly alkaline builders, organic surfactants and corrosion inhibitors but no caustic sodas or chelants. Thus, when used in a power washer followed by “no rinsing”, it will not leave a caustic powdery residue that would be corrosive to skin while handling. It is designed to be used on steel, cast iron, copper and zinc, but not on aluminum. It is applied by spraying on by mechanical agitation. Used at 1-3% by volume in water at 120° to 160° F.
